Kimberly D. Flanigan

Kimberly (“Kim”) Flanigan is a litigation attorney whose practice focuses on the defense of healthcare providers against claims of medical negligence. For almost a decade, Kim has represented clients not only in healthcare related litigation but also in complex civil litigation matters involving personal injury, premises liability, and products liability. As a dedicated member of the defense bar, her skills and breadth of experience lead to positive outcomes for her clients.

Kim endeavors to take an active role in the legal community, leading continuing legal education courses and mentoring young lawyers. In line with her dedication to her practice, Kim also is a fitness enthusiast and long-time member and advocate of a local animal rescue organization.
