Overview

Brendan focuses his practice primarily in the areas of personal injury defense, civil rights and employment law, probate and estate matters, and other general tort matters.

Brendan has experience in a wide range of civil litigation. Before joining the firm, Brendan worked for a personal injury law firm that represented clients throughout Chicagoland. In 2019, he established his own solo practice in September 2019, taking on his own clients and working as an independent contractor for several law offices until joining us here in November 2021. He has represented clients in a variety of areas and industries, including breach of contract, landlord and tenant disputes, condominium board disputes, immigration, divorce and other family matters, probate, trusts and estates, and collections.

Brendan attended the Ave Maria School of Law, where he served as the President of the Sports Law and Military Law student organizations. Brendan was also the Head Justice for the Phi Alpha Delta organization, where he mentored fellow law students and helped promote the passionate and ethical pursuit of law.

A Chicago native, Brendan attended Dartmouth College and earned his undergraduate degree in Government. During his time at Dartmouth, he was a four-year member of the varsity football team.
