Overview
Cathleen (“Cathy”) Bloedorn is a litigation attorney whose practice focuses on defending clients in complex civil matters involving personal injury and commercial disputes. She represents clients in the transportation and construction industries and has experience handling premises liability, product liability, civil rights litigation, commercial litigation, and professional malpractice matters.
Cathy primarily practices within the firm’s “drop-in” complex litigation group, where she plays a key role in preparing large, high exposure matters for trial. She enjoys working as part of a collaborative team to develop strategic solutions for complex legal issues and help position cases for successful resolution. She has experience in all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigation and discovery through motion practice, mediation, trial, and appeal. She has personally tried numerous automobile accident personal injury cases to verdict, providing her with valuable courtroom experience and insight that she brings to every matter she handles.
Outside of her practice, Cathy enjoys competing on several competitive tennis teams and traveling with her husband.
