Pat Eckler Authors Article in PLDF Quarterly on Ethics of Dealing with Pro Se Litigants

Pretzel & Stouffer partner, Donald Eckler, recently co-authored an article in the Professional Liability Defense Federation (PLDF) Quarterly on the thorny ethical issues that arise in handling cases involving pro se litigants.

In addition to being a columnist for the PLDF Quarterly, he is both the publication’s editor and treasurer.
