Alexander Beehler Presents on Voluntary Dismissals at Chicago Bar Association

Pretzel & Stouffer attorney, Alexander Beehler, presented a CLE at The Chicago Bar Association for a joint-meeting of the Civil Practice and YLS Tort committees. He spoke with Judge Michael R. Panter (ret.) on the nuances of Illinois’ voluntary dismissal statute, 735 ILCS 5/2-1009. The presentation was based on articles that Alexander and Judge Panter published earlier this year for the CBA Record, the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin, and the Panter’s Banter blog.
