Emily Sulentic is a driven and dedicated litigator whose emerging practice centers on defending healthcare organizations, hospitals, and professionals. She works collaboratively with clients to navigate each stage of litigation, offering clear guidance and practical strategies designed to position cases for efficient and successful resolution.
Emily received her Bachelor’s degree in Music from Indiana University Bloomington in 2021 before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago in 2024. While in law school, Emily externed at Nyoo Health, where she gained valuable insight into the advancement of women’s healthcare at health organizations and hospitals around the country. Emily also worked as a clinician in the Health Justice Project, where she had the opportunity to serve families across Chicago in a variety of legal matters.
Prior to joining Pretzel & Stouffer in 2025, Emily practiced at a highly regarded Chicago personal injury firm, where she represented plaintiffs in a diverse array of personal injury matters. Her experience provided her with meaningful exposure to a high volume of written and oral discovery, motion practice, and client advocacy. Emily is eager to leverage the skills, work ethic, and strong foundation she has built to achieve favorable outcomes for her clients at Pretzel & Stouffer, Chartered.
Originally from Overland Park, Kansas, Emily enjoys exploring Chicago, spending time with friends and family, and reading in her free time.
