Overview

Christian’s experience as a former prosecutor gives him a competitive edge in representing his clients. Accustomed to appearing in court on a daily basis, his versatile experience in multiple divisions at the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office gives him the adaptability to manage intricate matters from start to finish. During his time there, he prosecuted a variety of cases, including traffic, DUI, Domestic Battery, Violations of Orders of Protection, Felony Violations of Probation, Petitions for Involuntary Administration of Psychotropic Medication, Expungements, and Forfeitures.

He began his role as an associate at the firm in January 2024, immediately immersing himself and hitting the ground running. Christian now handles cases primarily focusing on general tort defense, breach of contract claims, premises liability, and commercial litigation. His expanding role includes conducting thorough legal research, compelling motion drafting, appearing in court on behalf of clients, and trial preparation.

Christian graduated summa cum laude from Illinois State University in 2018, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, Legal Studies, and Spanish. He served as a member of the Student Government Association and studied abroad in Granada, Spain in 2016. While immersing himself in the Spanish culture and language, he explored several other European countries during his time there.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2021. Christian was actively involved with the Hispanic Latinx Law Student Association (HLLSA) and served in the Federalist Society as Secretary and Treasurer. He obtained a J.D. Certificate in the Criminal Litigation Program, working closely with exceptionally experienced faculty. While a full-time student, Christian obtained his 711 license and worked at the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office to get an early jump on his courtroom familiarity.

Christian has strong ties to his family and credits them with the achievement of becoming their first lawyer. When he is not in the office, Christian spends his free time working out, listening to podcasts, following current events, and optimizing his personal financial goals.
