William is a partner at Pretzel & Stouffer, Chartered. He focuses on general civil litigation, with an emphasis in construction negligence, insurance coverage and complex insurer liability litigation. William represents clients from the construction industry and the insurance industry in a wide variety of matters, including litigation over design and construction defects, personal injuries on job sites, construction negligence, breach of contract, bad faith, and other insurance coverage and insurer liability claims.
Before he began practicing law, William spent seven years as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army, serving on active duty in Giessen, Germany and Fort Bragg, N.C.
