Terry is an associate who specializes in commercial and civil litigation. He has experience in a broad range of litigation areas, including contract disputes, corporate fraud, labor and employment, class actions, real estate disputes and toxic injuries.

In law school, Terry was twice named to Northwestern’s dean’s list and served on the Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property. Before joining Pretzel & Stouffer, Terry spent two years as a litigation associate at Kirkland & Ellis’ Chicago office.

In college, Terry was a four-time All-Atlantic Coast Conference performer in cross-country and track and field. He captained Duke’s 2000 ACC cross-country championship team and won the 2000 NCAA Southeast Regional individual championship.

Terry was born in Evanston, Ill., and is a lifelong resident of the Chicago area. He grew up in Lake Forest, Wilmette and Winnetka, and attended high school at Loyola Academy in Wilmette.
