Cynthia is an associate at Pretzel & Stouffer, Chartered, handling a variety of civil disputes in state and federal courts across Illinois. Cynthia represents and counsels management in the private and public sectors on labor and employment law, including compliance with discrimination, harassment and wage laws. Cynthia also represents businesses in premises liability claims and insurance industry clients on coverage matters.

Before joining Pretzel & Stouffer, Cynthia practiced at a small labor and employment firm. While earning her law degree at the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Cynthia received awards for excellence in her Trial Advocacy and Legal Writing courses. She was also secretary for the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity’s Chicago chapter.

Outside work, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, the outdoors and cooking.
